Full job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and results-driven Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing strategies and tactics, with a focus on driving brand awareness, customer acquisition, and engagement.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility, drive website traffic, and generate leads.

Manage and optimize digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.

Conduct keyword research and implement SEO strategies to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.

Manage and grow the company’s social media presence on platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.

Stay up to date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing best practices to drive innovation and continuous improvement.

Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new growth opportunities and recommend strategies to stay ahead of the competition.

SEO Strategy: Develop, implement, and manage comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, improve search engine rankings, and enhance online visibility.

Keyword Research: Conduct keyword research to identify relevant and high-value keywords, and integrate them into website content and meta tags.

On-Page Optimization: Optimize on-page elements, including title tags, meta descriptions, headings, and content, to improve search engine rankings and user experience.

Technical SEO: Conduct technical audits to identify and resolve issues related to site speed, mobile-friendliness, indexability, and other technical SEO factors.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.

Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on managing and optimizing digital advertising campaigns.

In-depth knowledge of various digital marketing channels, including paid search, social media advertising, email marketing, and SEO.

Familiarity with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Business Manager, and email marketing platforms.

Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data, generate insights, and make data-driven recommendations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create compelling content and effectively communicate ideas.

Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities to develop innovative digital marketing strategies.

Strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple campaigns and deadlines simultaneously.

Self-motivated and proactive with a strong attention to detail.

Up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: Up to ₹20,000.00 per month
